Download and Fill out Application:
Download a copy of our Rental Application. You will need to fill out and complete the application entirely. All adults 18 and older must submit an application and pay an application fee. You may fax the application to our office at 813/908-8809 or email at krealty@verizon.net. Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis and will not be processed until we receive the $50 CASH only application fee.
Security Deposit:
Properties are still available until your application is approved and the security deposit is received. The security deposit should be paid as soon as you are approved or may accompany your application. If you are approved for the property, we will deposit your security deposit. If you are denied your deposit will be returned to you. ALL security deposits MUST be paid in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.
Office location and Business hours:
Our office is located at 3802 Ehrlich Road, Suite 106, Tampa, FL 33624. We are conveniently located on the corner of N. Dale Mabry and Ehrlich Road. Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and by appointment only on the weekends. We have a drop slot on the door so you may drop off your application and application fee in an envelope and drop through the door.

You may view a sample lease by clicking the link below. The terms and conditions in the sample lease will be the same or similar as the lease our attorney will prepare should you chose to rent a home from us.
